The raffle is open to economic development organizations attending IEDC that enter during the event. Each organization may enter once. IMPLAN employees and affiliates aren’t eligible. IMPLAN will draw the winner at random.

One economic impact analysis of one economic development project in one region. You define the region (for example, one county, a multi-county area, or a state) when you enter or when you’re selected. The prize also includes a 1-hour session with IMPLAN where you use AI Connect to adjust scenarios and evaluate results. The prize has no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged for something else.

You’ll provide the project details we need to model it, such as industry, spending, jobs, and timeline. The project must be real or planned and have enough detail to model credibly. We may ask follow-up questions, and we may adjust the scope if the inputs aren’t sufficient.

We build the analysis in IMPLAN with AI Connect, using standard IMPLAN methodology and data. Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide, and IMPLAN doesn’t guarantee any particular outcome. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your data.

You can review the final report and ask for corrections. IMPLAN will share it publicly only after you approve the final version in writing. If you don’t approve, we won’t publish it, and you keep the report for your own use. Using your organization’s name or logo, including co-branding, also requires your approval.

Project details that aren’t public stay confidential unless you approve their release. You can redact sensitive inputs before approving publication.

IMPLAN will announce the winner publicly or contact them directly. The winner must respond within 14 days, or IMPLAN may choose an alternate winner. Once we have your project details, we’ll agree on a delivery timeline together.
