DEDICATED CSM

Work with a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) for easy access to one-on-one support. Dedicated CSMs are IMPLAN specialists who act as the first level of support and serve as the main point of contact for questions and feedback.

PROJECT CONSULTATION

With a Project Consultation, IMPLAN will pair you with one of our IMPLAN economists for an up to 60-minute consultation to answer your project-specific questions. Whether you are just getting started or wrapping up your analysis, an economist can coach you through the process.

PROJECT REVIEW

Have your IMPLAN report reviewed by the experts who know IMPLAN best. Submit your finished report prior to publication for a review by an IMPLAN economist. IMPLAN will provide you with feedback and suggestions based on our review for an up to 50-page report. Once you receive our notes, we’ll schedule a 30-minute phone consultation to answer further questions and provide additional service.

PREMIUM SUPPORT

Our Premium Support package is our highest level of support, which includes direct communications with the support team, including IMPLAN economists. You can email an economist directly at any time and can schedule appointments with them throughout the duration of your subscription. Expert guidance from IMPLAN economists can include recommendations on best practices, as well as advice on conducting a study, gathering data, and interpreting results.
